Isaac was born in 1924 and baptised in Bedford at the Wesleyan church, but his address is only stated stated as Ampthill parish.
In 1851 census he is married to Elizabeth (Denyer) with daughter Harriet, living in Woburn street as a master tailor.
In 1861 census Isaac & Elizabeth and children William, Alfred & Emma are still at Woburn Street, and this time he is a seedsman & gardener, so assume he is working at the House.
In 1871 he is now in the House describing himself as a market gardener with 10 acres, with wife and children Alfred, Emma, Thomas & Henry.
In 1881 he is now a farmer with 57 acres employing 5 men and 5 boys. William & Henry are farmers sons and Emma is the National School Mistress.
1891 it is just Isaac & Elizabeth, describing himself as a farmer and nurseryman.
1901 the same, a nurseryman and market gardener.
Isaac died in 1910, his will is attached here
1911 Elizabeth is living with Henry (son) and wife Julia and a boarder. Henry is described as the market gardener & nurseryman.
In 1901 Son Thomas is living with his wife Annie and daughter Winifred Mabel, as a Grocer shopkeeper, in Arthur Street. It looks like they went to Canada in 1906.
